What a professional move-in cleaning includes
Every Sparkle Pro move-in clean works through the home room by room with a structured checklist. In the kitchen, that means degreasing and sanitizing the inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, cleaning the oven and stovetop, wiping down the refrigerator inside and out, and scrubbing sinks, counters, and backsplashes. In bathrooms, we descale showers and tubs, disinfect toilets and vanities, and polish mirrors and fixtures. Throughout the home we dust vents, ceiling fans, and light fixtures, wipe baseboards, trim, doors, and switch plates, clean window sills and tracks, and finish with a full vacuum and mop of every floor.

The checklists overlap, but the goals differ. When to schedule it
The ideal window is after you get the keys and before the moving truck arrives, even if that is only a few hours. For August and September moves in student-heavy markets like Ann Arbor and Lansing, book at least a week or two ahead; turnover weekends fill up fast.
